Reservations

Your $5 reservation can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before dispatch. Email us and we'll refund it to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Preorders

A full preorder can be cancelled and refunded in full at any point before your vest is dispatched.

If production doesn't proceed

If the first production run does not go ahead, every reservation and preorder is refunded in full, automatically. You don't need to do anything.

Returns after delivery

Once your vest arrives you have 30 days to return it for a full refund, provided it's unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached. Start a return by emailing us with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll replace or refund it — including shipping both ways.
