Privacy policy
What we collect
When you reserve or preorder we collect your email address, shipping address, chosen size interest, any creator code you use, and the amount paid. We also record how you arrived at the site — referring page, campaign parameters and creator code — so we can credit the right creator and understand which content works.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.
How we use your data
To take and refund payments, allocate the first production run, send order and launch updates, answer support requests, and measure marketing performance in aggregate. We do not sell your data.
Reserving or preordering means we'll email you about your order and the launch. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message; order-related email continues while your order is open.
Cookies and analytics
We store campaign and creator attribution in your browser so your creator code still applies if you come back later. We use aggregate analytics to understand traffic and conversion, not to build advertising profiles of individuals on our own site.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. Attribution data is kept for the duration of the launch campaign.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll action it within 30 days.
